What you choose to provide

The assessment asks for your name, company, contact details, project requirements and any supporting documents you choose to attach. Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, production credentials or personal customer data.

Why the information is used

Information is used to assess your request, discuss scope, prepare a scope confirmation and delivery plan, and respond through your selected channel. It is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.

How an assessment is delivered

When online submission is available, the website validates your request and sends the assessment and permitted attachments to the Managing Director at k.alnasri.bu@gmail.com through the configured email service. A receipt appears only after that service accepts the message. If online submission is unavailable, contact the Managing Director directly.

The website does not publish submissions or maintain a public document store. Attachments are held temporarily in server memory for validation and email delivery, rather than saved in a public directory. Email copies remain in the receiving mailbox.

Hosting, email and security

The hosting and email services involved process information as needed to deliver this website and your request. Their processing locations may differ from your location; this site does not promise Saudi-only data residency. If you have specific confidentiality or data-residency requirements, discuss an appropriate exchange method before sending sensitive material.

The application does not intentionally log assessment text or attachments. Hosting services may keep operational security and connection logs. Temporary request counters are used to reduce automated abuse.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Form drafts are not saved to browser storage. Leaving or refreshing the assessment page may discard unsent answers.

Retention and your requests

Request information is retained in business correspondence while needed to assess, respond to or manage the engagement, and for any applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact Khaled Al Nasri at k.alnasri.bu@gmail.com. Any request will be reviewed in the context of the records held and applicable obligations.
